Nice to meet you! I'm a mother of two, foodie, and a self-taught home chef. I'm passionate about making food that is good and tastes good.

There's a misconception that you need some special skillset to be a good cook – I believe that, with the right recipe, anyone can make great food.

With my husband and I being gluten-sensitive, I've spent years honing gluten-free recipes that make people say "Wait, this is gluten-free?" And lately, I've been experimenting with long-fermented sourdough, which we can tolerate and enjoy quite a lot.
