This recipe is another one of my absolute favorite condiments. If you’re at our house you will quickly learn how much we love our condiments and sauces. They can truly enhance any dish, and tzatziki is no exception. I love to pair it with my Spicy Feta dip over Greek chicken and rice. YUM! Stay tuned for more of my favorite Greek recipes to be added.
Tzatziki is like a Greek ranch dressing except so much better — and the cucumber makes it taste so fresh. Homemade is way better than any Tzatziki dip you can buy at the store, trust me. It’s super easy to throw together and keeps well in the fridge for a week too.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Greek Yogurt
1/2 English Cucumber
Juice of 1 Lemon
Sprinkle of Dried Dill
1 tsp. Salt
2 cloves Minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
Grate the English cucumber and squeeze the liquid out (I grate it onto paper towels and use them to squeeze out the liquid over the sink). This step is important, if you skip it the tzatziki will be watery.
Mix together the grated cucumber with the rest of the ingredients. For best flavor let it sit for 30-60 minutes before serving.
