I could continue to go on about how much I love Greek food, but I won't. I will spare you my senseless rambling. Just make the darn hummus.
Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp. Salt
6 tbsp. Water
Juice of 1 Lemon
4 tbsp. Tahini
Instructions
(There's only one.) Add all ingredients to blender, food processor, or bowl if using an immersion blender. Blend.
