For the longest time, I hated chicken (and most meats, actually). I've learned to love it by cooking it right and seasoning it well. My husband actually got me hooked on grilled chicken so I decided to come up with a tasty marinade to make his grilling go to the next level. Enter my Everyday Chicken.
We probably make this once a week, or at the very least every other week, and make a bunch to have for leftovers. It works in everything: sandwiches, salads, on pasta, hot or cold, and everything in between.
My favorite way to eat this is in a rice bowl (recipe coming soon!) with a bunch of yummy toppings. I'm a big fan of customizable bowls and this is one of the best proteins for that.
