I absolutely LOVE Greek food. It’s probably my favorite cuisine. It’s so flavorful and colorful and delightful. There used to be a local Greek place where we live called Chickpea, that my husband and I visited several times while in college.
That’s what first got me hooked on Greek, and they had a spicy feta dip that was the best. Honestly the spicy feta sold the whole dish for me. Sadly, that restaurant closed so I set out to recreate the same spicy feta dip that I’d loved so much.
Creamy, just the right amount of spice, all complementing the signature tang from feta cheese. It’s such an easy addition to spice up a rice bowl or sandwich.
The best part? This keeps in the fridge really well for 3 to 4 weeks.
